| Qualifications: | Education: Masters degree from an accredited college or university Certified in the Texas Teacher Evaluation and Support System (T-TESS) Certified in the Texas Principal Evaluation and Support System (T-PESS) Ability to Pass Bilingual or ESL exam through the Texas Education Agency. Experience: Three years experience as a classroom teacher required. Five years of experience in instructional leadership roles. Successful campus administrative/leadership experience. District-level administrative experience preferred. Experience successfully leading a turnaround campus preferred. |
| Salary Range: | $151,001 - $185,731 |
