| Qualifications: | Required: Doctoral degree in education/leadership or a related field from an accredited institution. Five (5) years of successful experience as a principal; or three (3) years successful experience as a principal and two (2) years successful district-level administrative experience. Valid Texas Mid-Management, Principal, or Principal as Instructional Leader Certificate. Texas Teacher Evaluation and Support System Certificate Preferred: Valid Texas Superintendent Certification Central office experience supervising principals Knowledge of and experience working with dual language education programs Experience working with a governing board Prior college/university teaching experience Bilingual and Biliterate in English and Spanish |
| Salary Range: | $90,000-$100,000/Annualized. Beginning salary flexible based on qualifications. |
