Olfen ISD is the first public school district in Texas to implement a 4-Day School week model. We are a rural K-12 school district located near San Angelo, about 10 miles south of Ballinger. Our high school is designed in a format where our students will have the opportunity to earn an Associate Degree. Olfen is a small school with a big future, we are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team. Our 4-Day Option model allows teachers more time to prepare and grade, as well as the opportunity to participate in enrichment activities on our optional (for students) 5th day. This position will most likely be 1st grade self-contained. |

| Qualifications: |
Certified or able to attain certification as an elementary generalist teacher. Be able to pass background investigation. Diverse certifications such as ESL & SPED, and/or individuals that are counselor certified or in the process of earning said certification will be looked at favorably. |
