| Qualifications: | Education/Certification: Masters degree in curriculum and instruction, school administration, or other related field Special Knowledge/Skills: Knowledge of curriculum and instruction Ability to interpret data and recommend and implement change based on that data Ability to evaluate instructional programs and teaching effectiveness Ability to manage budget and personnel Ability to implement policy and procedures Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skill Experience: Three (3) years experience as a classroom teacher Two (2) years experience in an instructional leadership role |
