| Qualifications: | QUALIFICATIONS: Education/Certification: Master’s Degree Texas Administrative or Mid-Management Certification or the new Standard Principal Certificate Certified appraiser in Board approved evaluation system Special Knowledge/Skills: Working knowledge of curriculum and instruction Strong communication, organizational, public relations, and interpersonal skills Thorough understanding of school administrative operations Demonstration of leadership skills in present assignment Demonstrates effective use of current technology skills Ability to speak Spanish desired but not required Experience: Three years teaching experience |
