| Description/Notes: | Junior-Senior High Principal (7-12, approximately 350 students) Responsibilities: - Direct and manage instructional programs at the campus level - Supervise operations and personnel - Provide leadership to ensure high standards of instructional service - Oversee compliance with District policies, State and Federal programs, and operation of all campus activities. Special Knowledge/Skills: - Working knowledge of curriculum and instruction - Ability to evaluate instructional program and teaching effectiveness - Ability to manage budget, personnel, and implement policy and procedures - Ability to interpret data - Excellent organizational, communication, public relations, and interpersonal skills Experience: - Five years’ experience as a classroom teacher - Three years’ experience in campus instructional leadership roles Start Date: Negotiable, Full time 2026-2027 School year |
