| Qualifications: | Education/Certification: ● Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Public Administration, Education Administration or related field ● Master’s degree preferred Special Knowledge/Skills: ● Lead school district operations, including maintenance, transportation, and support services ● Collaborate with campus leadership as partners in the maintenance and operation of facilities ● Demonstrate leadership in budgeting, compliance, and operational efficiency systems ● Analyze data to drive decision-making and implement process improvements ● Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations related to facilities and operations ● Exhibit strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Experience: ● Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in facilities or operations management ● Experience managing large teams, budgets, and complex operational systems |
| Salary Range: | Minimum = $124,464 Maximum = $172,784 |
