| Qualifications: |
The Bloomington ISD Federal Programs/Special Educaton Director will manage compliance, budgeting, and implemenation of federal grants, including but not limited to Title I-IV, ESSA, and ESSER. in accordance with EDGAR. Responsibilities include managing budgets and providing leadership in the development and implementaion of instructional programs that improve student achievement. Special knowledge and skills required: deep knowledge of the Texas Legal Framework for Special Education; proficiency with TEA systems (TEAL, eGrants, TSDS/PEIMS); ability to interpret and implement complex federal and state policies; strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills; and the ability to manage budgets and meet strict state and federal deadlines. |

$73,039 - $87,998 |
