We are a 5A district with 5 elementaries, 1 intermediate school, 1 middle school, 1 high school and 1 alternative high school.<br /> <br /> We offer students a progressive, comprehensive academic and extracurricular experience including a well-developed CTE program and Early College High School (in partnership with Austin Community College). All classrooms and facilities in Elgin ISD include outstanding technology providing a 21st Century Learning environment and we are in our 5th year of our 1:1 Initiative equipping students in middle and high schools with personal devices and Google Classroom.<br /> <br /> Elgin ISD embraces the One Town, One Team, One Family philosophy. Provide students and staff with a safe, clean, attractive, and fully functional learning environment that promotes student success. |
| Qualifications: | Qualifications: Education/Certification: ● Bachelor’s Degree Special Knowledge/Skills: Knowledge of basic principles of construction, grounds maintenance, school plant maintenance, and custodial operations Ability to manage budget and personnel Ability to coordinate district function Ability to implement policy and procedures Ability to interpret data Ability to read blueprints and schematics Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills Experience: Three years supervisory experience in maintenance operations Five years experience in maintaining a large plant or building |
| Salary Range: | $78,196-$112,525 Annually (Dependent on relevant work experience) |
