Possible teaching assignments include: - English - Technology - Spanish Coaching opportunities may also be available on the girls’ side, with stipends provided for coaching and extracurricular duties. |
| Qualifications: | - Valid Texas Teacher Certification (appropriate to field) - College Graduates enrolled in an alternative certification program will be considered |
| Salary Range: | - Salary: $14,000 above state base pay PLUS, additional step raises (newest state step increases are added on top): - 1–4 years’ experience: add $4,000 - 5+ years’ experience: add $8,000 |
| Benefits: | - Health Insurance Add-On: $8,000 added to the educator’s salary whether or not district insurance is taken (counts toward TRS-eligible compensation) - Stipends available for UIL, sponsorships, and coaching assignments - Extra pay opportunities throughout the year, as available - Housing: Possible low-rent school housing (based on availability) |
