| Qualifications: | Bachelor’s degree in Education (required). Valid Texas Teaching Certificate (EC–6 or Early Childhood certification preferred). Strong communication, collaboration, and classroom management skills. Enthusiasm for working in a small rural district where every student matters. Responsibilities Create a nurturing and engaging classroom environment that fosters curiosity, creativity, and a love for learning. Design and deliver high-quality lessons aligned with Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills (TEKS). Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of learners in a small-class setting. Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and administration to support student growth and development. Contribute to the positive, family-like culture of Comstock ISD. |
