| Description/Notes: | The Director of Facilities & Planning Design will oversee the strategic planning, coordination, and execution of district facility projects—including new construction, remodels, and renovations—with a focus on creating innovative, functional, and future-ready learning spaces. This role manages public facility rentals, coordinates districtwide furniture and fixture needs, and ensures efficient budgeting for all furniture, fixture, and equipment (FF&E) purchases across multiple departments. The Director will serve as a liaison between architects, contractors, district leadership, and department stakeholders to ensure all projects align with district goals, educational vision, and fiscal responsibility. |
| Qualifications: | Masters degree in education or related field Valid Texas mid-management administrator certification, principal certificate, or equivalent Valid Texas teaching certificate Three years of experience as a Campus Administrator (Assistant Principal or Principal) |
| Salary Range: | $94,999.00 - $128,528.00 |
