| Description/Notes: | JOB SUMMARY The Senior Executive Director of Demographics leads the strategic planning, analysis, and management of the school district’s enrollment projections, real estate functions, special projects and the review of socioeconomic land blocks. This role ensures alignment of facilities and property management with student population trends, district growth goals, and fiscal prudence. The Senior Executive Director collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to drive data-informed decision-making, optimize resources, and advance equity and access to high-quality education facilities across the district. |
| Qualifications: | EDUCATION Bachelor’s degree in real estate, Urban Planning, Data Science, Geography, Economics, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred. WORK EXPERIENCE 7+ years Extensive experience in senior leadership positions within a school system or educational organization. Experience with GIS applications, demographic analysis, and spatial data integration is essential. |
