| Description/Notes: | Direct and manage the business services of the district including employee benefits, compensation programs, new hire onboarding and worker’s compensation. Coordinate staffing, stipend, and compensation plans. Actively engage in actions that contribute to the overall mission and strategic plan of Clear Creek ISD. |
| Qualifications: | Education/Certification/Licensure Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or business management required. Master’s degree in finance or business management is preferred Special Knowledge/Skills Effective written and verbal communications skills Proficient in the use of personal computers and advanced Microsoft office products Strong organizational skills Ability to interpret policy, procedures, and data Ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects simultaneously Knowledge in the areas of employee benefits and compensation Experience Minimum of 3 years successful experience in managing school district financial and or business operations. |
