| Description/Notes: | Provide a comprehensive, developmental counseling program addressing the academic, career, and social-emotional needs of all PK–12 students. In a small school setting, the counselor is expected to be highly visible, responsive, and actively involved in all aspects of student support. |
| Qualifications: | Master’s degree in School Counseling or related field Valid Texas School Counselor Certification Knowledge of counseling frameworks, child development, and crisis intervention Ability to work effectively with students of all ages (PK–12), staff, and families |
| Salary Range: | $1500 Above State Base; possible additional stipends |
| Benefits: | 4-Day School Week; $280 monthly towards TRS health insurance |
