| Description/Notes: | Curriculum Management and Facilitation Assist in the review, development, and revision of curriculum documents and instructional materials. Facilitate vertical and horizontal alignment of curriculum and instruction. Support curriculum-based assessment development and management. Support campus principals in administering assessments and analyzing results to improve instruction. Instructional Coaching Work collaboratively with directors and principals to support instructional programs. Collaborate with principals and teacher leaders to improve student learning. Coach teachers in implementing research-based instructional strategies. Serve as an instructional coach and model effective teaching practices. Model teaching strategies in classroom settings. Use student achievement data to evaluate program effectiveness and guide instructional improvements. Observe instruction and provide feedback to support teacher growth and innovation. Staff Development Plan and deliver professional development for teachers, administrators, and staff. Share current research and best practices at local, state, and national levels. Coordinate professional development with campus administrators. Support campus and individual staff professional development planning. Assist in developing professional growth plans, especially for new teachers. Provide professional development at district, campus, and individual levels. Communication Promote collegiality, teamwork, and collaborative decision-making. Maintain open and professional communication with staff. Communicate information clearly and effectively. Professional Growth and Development Participate in professional development to enhance job-related skills. Comply with state, district, and school policies and procedures. Maintain required reports, records, and documentation. Other Maintain confidentiality regarding student and staff information in accordance with FERPA. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES None. |
| Qualifications: | Education/Certification: Bachelor’s degree from accredited university; Master’s degree preferred Valid Texas teaching certificate with required endorsements for subject and level assigned Completion of state-developed GT 30-hour workshop required ESL certification required SIOP training required |
| Salary Range: | $62,640 to $86,503 Per Year |
