Consistent with district policy SD-7.17 “Employment of Retirees,” selected applicants are responsible for reimbursing the district, through payroll deduction, for the current rate of all TRS pension or TRS Care surcharges. As of September 1, 2025, the TRS pension surcharge rate is 16.5% and the TRS Care surcharge is $535/month. |

| Description/Notes: | This position is located at the Dalby Unit / Post, Texas Primary Purpose: Instruct adult incarcerated students in the technical and soft skills needed to gain entry-level employment. Direct instruction will include use of diagnostic tools and equipment to troubleshoot problems and recommend necessary repairs to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the vehicle. Provide students with in-depth knowledge of various systems within the RV to include how to conduct routine maintenance tasks. |
| Qualifications: | Edducation/Certification/Experience: High School Diploma from an accredited high school, or hold GED equivalent. ive years full-time, wage-earning experience within the past ten years in one or more approved occupations for which instruction is offered. RV repair and/or electrical, HVAC, and plumbing experience preferred. Thirty semester hours from an accredited college, university, or technical school may be substituted for experience on a year-for-year basis with a maximum substitution of four years. *Windham School District must be able to issue a statement of qualification verifying work experience. |
| Salary Range: | Based on Experience: V0-20: 58,356 - 81,888 yearly |
