| Qualifications: | - Master’s degree in Education Administration or related field. - Valid administrative certification or licensure as required by the state. - Minimum of three years of teaching experience, with at least one year in a leadership role. - Strong knowledge of curriculum development, instructional strategies, and assessment practices. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. - Proven ability to lead and motivate a diverse team of educators. - Commitment to fostering an inclusive and equitable educational environment. - Experience with data-driven decision-making and school improvement initiatives. - Proficiency in using technology for administrative tasks and educational purposes. - Ability to build collaborative relationships with stakeholders, including parents, community members, and district personnel. |
