| Qualifications: | Education/Certification: o Master’s degree in business administration, accounting, finance, public administration, or related field (required). o Certified Public Accountant (CPA), or TASBO Registered Texas School Business Official (RSTBO) certification (preferred). Experience: o Minimum 7 years of progressive financial leadership experience, preferably in Texas public schools. o Demonstrated success in budget development, forecasting, and complex operations management. o Experience in building capacity among staff and administrators. |
