| Description/Notes: | Provide leadership and oversight for daily human resources operations to ensure effective, compliant, and service-oriented HR functions across the district. Support the strategic direction of the Human Resources Department under the guidance and direction of the Chief Human Resources Officer by coordinating staffing, employee relations, HR systems, and operational processes that align with district goals, rapid growth, and organizational priorities. Ensure implementation of legally sound and efficient human resource programs, policies, and practices in accordance with federal and state law, Board policy, and District of Innovation provisions. |
| Qualifications: | Education: Master’s degree in human resources, business administration, education, or equivalent Valid Texas Principal, Principal as an Instructional Leader, or other appropriate Texas certificate (Required) Certified T-TESS appraiser (Preferred) Professional human resources certifications (e.g. pHCLE, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR, etc.) (Preferred) Experience: Five years of progressively responsible experience in human resources, public school administration, or related leadership role (Preferred) Demonstrated experience in human resources operations, leadership, and employment law. |
