Campus Description: Coupland ISD is a destination district in Eastern Williamson County. The district will open a secondary campus for the 2026-2027 school year serving grades 7th-9th, 7th - 10th in 2027-2028, 7th - 11th, in 2028-2029, and 7th - 12th in 2029-2030. The primary campus will serve grades PK-6th. CISD is family-centered and offers both students and staff a desirable and high quality working and learning environment.

Description/Notes: Primary Purpose: Provide support and general oversight of districtwide programs and initiatives including but not limited to library/media center, 504/LPAC, testing, gifted and talented, federal programs, safety, and strategic initiatives. Collaboratively facilitate the design, development, and evaluation of various district programs with district administrators. Support district administration in decision-making and work toward achieving district goals.
Qualifications: Education/Certification:
Master’s degree in Educational Administration (preferred)
Valid Texas principal certification or equivalent (preferred)
Valid Texas school librarian certificate or endorsement
Valid Texas teaching certificate with required endorsements for subject assigned
Special Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Ability to work with administrators, teachers, and students
Knowledge of state and federal legislative mandates regarding district and campus accountability measures and planning requisites
Knowledge of state and federal laws for educating students with disabilities
Ability to implement policies and procedures
Knowledge of the state testing program and accountability system
Ability to use student test data systems
Ability to perform statistical analysis and interpret data
Ability to design, develop, implement, and assess strategic planning tools
Ability to use personal computer and software programs to collect, report, and present data and test-related information
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to communicate effectively through oral and written language for a variety of audiences, occasions, and purposes

Experience:
3 years classroom teacher experience
1 year leadership experience
Salary Range: Pay Grade 4 (207 days)
