| Description/Notes: | Assist the Director with the district’s transportation and vehicle maintenance program for all district-owned vehicles to ensure a safe, efficient and effective transportation system that will enable students the opportunity to participate in a complete range of activities. |
| Qualifications: | • Texas Department of Public Safety School Bus Driver Safety Certification • Professionally Certified as TAPT “Pupil Transportation Official” (Preferred) • Hold or obtain a CDL, class B minimum with “P” & “S” Endorsements • Ability to pass annual State of Texas School Bus Driver Physical • Must pass ALL Federal DOT Drug and Alcohol Tests • Must have Motor Vehicle Driving Record (MVR) in line with requirements for Texas School Bus Drivers A • Ability to pass a criminal history background check |
