| Description/Notes: | Responsibilities Provide specialized instruction to students with diverse learning needs in grades K–12. Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with parents, teachers, and administrators. Monitor and document student progress, adjusting strategies as needed. Support inclusion by collaborating with general education teachers to ensure student success in the least restrictive environment. Maintain compliance with state and federal special education requirements. Foster a positive, supportive, and growth-oriented environment for students and families. |
| Qualifications: | Bachelor’s degree in Education (required). Valid Texas Teaching Certificate with Special Education certification (EC–12). Strong understanding of differentiated instruction and special education law. Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills. Commitment to building strong relationships with students, families, and staff. |
