You will work closely with the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), students, families, and multidisciplinary teams to assess, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans tailored to each identified individual's unique needs |
| Qualifications: | 40 hours Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) training, preferred CPI training, preferred Previous experience working with individuals with behavioral challenges, developmental disabilities, or mental health disorders, preferred Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills Ability to work independently and as a part of a multidisciplinary team Patience, empathy, and genuine passion for helping individuals achieve their full potential |
