We are seeking a passionate and dynamic individual with a proven track record of developing and executing systems across an organization to ensure operational efficiency and exceeding enrollment goals. The COO must actively engage in hands-on support for frontline teams, engage directly with community members and model servant leadership across all levels of the organization. The COO will report directly to the CEO/Superintendent of Schools and serve on the Senior Leadership Team.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
Prior experience in the education/education management sector, preferably with high-performing charter schools.
Demonstrated ability to lead with humility—balancing executive-level strategy with a deep commitment to “boots-on-the-ground” work.
8-10+ years of professional experience, with significant experience in school operations and systems development.
Demonstrated ability to manage hire, support, and develop high-performing teams.
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills.
Ability to create, execute, and manage multi-year strategic plans.
Strong organizational, project management, and time management skills.
A high bar for excellence and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-change environment.
