About the Role As the Technology Bond Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, execution, and management of large-scale technology initiatives funded through bond programs. From infrastructure upgrades to device rollouts and network improvements, you’ll ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with bond and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage multiple concurrent technology bond projects districtwide. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations. Monitor and report financial status; track expenditures to ensure compliance with bond funding. Serve as the primary liaison between internal departments, campuses, and external technology vendors. Proactively manage risk, resolve project challenges, and develop contingency plans. Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure alignment across stakeholders. Manage change effectively and support implementation through training and communication. Conduct post-project evaluations to measure outcomes and identify areas for improvement. Why Work at RRISD? Qualifications: | Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university Minimum of two years of relevant work experience (technology project management, IT infrastructure, vendor coordination, or related field) OR an equivalent combination of education and experience that demonstrates the skills and knowledge required for the role. |
Salary Range: | $91,249.76-$109,939.96 |
