| Qualifications: | 1. Master's degree in educational administration/mid-management 2. Texas Principal’s certificate or other appropriate Texas certificate. 3. Certified Texas Teacher Evaluation and Support System (T-TESS) appraiser. 4. Working knowledge of curriculum and instruction. 5. Ability to evaluate instructional program and teaching effectiveness 6. Ability to manage budget and personnel 7. Ability to coordinate campus functions 8. Ability to interpret policy, procedures, and data 9. Strong organizational, communication, public relations, and interpersonal skills 10. Three years of experience as a classroom teacher 11. | Salary Range: | Base ($99,336) plus experience. |

Base Plan Rates Fulltime Employee Only Coverage $50 Employee Plus Children - $345 Employee Plus Spouse - $499 Employee Plus Family $765 per Month District pays $450 monthly for each full time employee. |
