| Description/Notes: | Primary Purpose Direct and manage the operation of all financial and business affairs of the district including accounting, payroll, employee benefits, accounts payable, and risk management. Direct and manage purchasing and contracts management services, food service operations, technology services, facility and maintenance operations. Serve as the Chief Financial Officer and investment officer. Act as liaison to Dallas Central Appraisal District and Dallas County Tax Office. |
| Qualifications: | Education/Certification Bachelor’s degree in a business or accounting related field Master’s degree in a business-related field (preferred) Texas Association of School Business Officials (TASBO) RTSBA certification (preferred) Special Knowledge/Skills: Strong communication, public relations, and interpersonal skills Ability to develop complex spreadsheets and perform analysis Ability to interpret policy, procedures, and data Ability to manage budget and personnel |
