| Description/Notes: | Job Summary The School Aide Title 1 Intervention position will provide support for the University Academy in Palestine with students and teachers in the classroom. Aimed at math/reading intervention for at-risk students as part of the Title 1, Part A Federal Program. Major Responsibilities/Duties/Critical Tasks Assists with direct instruction of students (individually or in small groups) under supervision of teacher. Assists in student management (in/out of classroom) Assists with preparing instructional material and classroom for daily lessons. Assists with other campus activities/duties as needed: breakfast/lunch duty, pick-up duty, etc. |
| Qualifications: | Required Education/Experience High school graduation or equivalent. 2 years relevant experience. Preferred Education/Experience College hours preferred. Educational Aide certification preferred. |
