| Description/Notes: | The purpose of the role is to oversee recruitment and hiring of high-quality department-based administrative, clerical, classified, and substitute staff and manage staff to reach their performance goals in recruitment, hiring, retention, and hiring manager support. In addition, the purpose of the role is to plan, and progress monitor a strategic plan around recruitment and hiring to acquire the talent needed to meet district goals. |
| Qualifications: | Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university or 4 years equivalent experience. 10+ years progressive experience in Education, Business Administration, Human Resources, or Talent Management to include: Experience working with high-leverage projects that include talent development and strategy. Experience managing a team towards goals that support a broader strategic plan. 4+ years experience in a leadership capacity. Candidate must have satisfactory outcome of fingerprinting background check. Non-refundable fee (approximately $50.00) paid by the applicant |
| Salary Range: | Entry salary is at $92,264.50 with consideration for directly related experience. |
