| Description/Notes: | Currently, the school district has been awarded a DoDEA Grant in instructional coaching. this position manages the grant and supports/evaluates the instructional coaches. The DoDEA Grant Project Director under the supervision of the Assistant Superintendent for Teaching & Learning, shall oversee all aspects of the grant implementation for all campuses, including managerial, budget and inventory. This position also provides leadership through planning, organizing, directing, and data collection for the external evaluator. The District Instructional coaching Facilitator provides leadership and support to the campus instructional coaches to ensure an aligned districtwide program. This position evaluates the instructional coaches in conjunction with the campus Principal. |
| Qualifications: | Master's Degree in Education or related field from an accredited university; Mid-Management certification required; Valid Texas Teacher Certification; minimum three years teaching experience; Project management experience or related experience, preferred; Instructional coaching experience, preferred; Campus and/or district leadership experience |
| Salary Range: | AP3; Commensurate with training and experience; Minimum daily rate $330.00 and/or midpoint $390.00; (DoDEA Grant funded through May 31, 2027) |
