| Campus Description: | Beaver (OK) Public Schools, located in the state’s panhandle, is hiring a superintendent to lead 39 outstanding employees as they serve 245 students. The district includes one elementary school, one middle school and one high school. The mission of the Beaver Board of Education is to provide students with educational and social foundations that will promote personal success. Beaver is known for its family atmosphere with a strong and supportive staff and community that supports the schools and all members of the Duster family. Other points of pride include: -- Diversity of student programs, including seven sports; seven student organizations, including three Career Tech programs in the high school; two fine art programs and two competitive academic programs. -- Rich history and tradition of success in athletic and academic programs and strong community support to strengthen and promote all athletic organizations. -- Unrivaled athletic facilities including a 2,200-capacity gymnasium with separate practice gym, newly renovated baseball and softball fields, track complex that is only five years old, spacious football field with separate full-size practice field, strength and conditioning facility, band and vocal building, auditorium, and classroom building that connects between all school facilities.
