| Description/Notes: | Oversee, plan, implement, and evaluate a comprehensive College, Career, and Military Readiness (CCMR) program for students. Serve as instructional leader in development and improvement of instructional programs in career and technology education. This position is 100% percent grant funded for the 2024-2025 School Year. |
| Qualifications: | Education/Certification: Bachelor’s degree in education or related field Master’s degree with emphasis in education or career and technology preferred Special Knowledge/Skills: Knowledge of graduation requirements Knowledge of career development Knowledge of College, Career, and Military Readiness indicators, pathways for industry certification, post-secondary training, FAFSA/TAFSA completion, college entrance requirements and exams Knowledge of federal and state code governing career and technology education specifically the Comprehensive Local Needs Assessment and the implementation of the Perkins Grant. Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to interpret data Ability to present information in one-on-one, small group, and large group situations to students, parents, and district staff Experience: 5 years experience, with at least 2 on a secondary campus |
