| Qualifications: | QUALIFICATION GUIDELINES Education/Certification/Experience: o Master’s degree from accredited university required. Must have special education experience. Administrative experience and K-12 experience preferred. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: o Knowledge of federal and state special education law o Understanding of the individual needs of students with special needs o Ability to communicate with all levels of special needs students and their parents o Ability to implement policy and procedures o Ability to interpret data o Ability to manage budget and personnel o Strong professional, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills |
