| Description/Notes: | Develop, implement, and coordinate an extended day program at a specific community learning center. Community Learning Centers are housed at elementary, middle school, and high school sites. Please note that this is a grant-funded, non-contract, full-time position. Continuation of employment in this capacity is strictly contingent upon satisfactory performance and continuation of grant funding. Funds for this position are expected to be available thru the 2027-2028 school year. |
| Qualifications: | Education/Certification: Bachelor’s degree in education, social services, recreation, or related field Master’s degree preferred Teaching certification preferred Special Knowledge/Skills: Knowledge of principles and practice of developmentally appropriate academic, enrichment, and recreational programs Effective organizational, communication, computer, and interpersonal skills Ability to work extended hours Ability to implement policy and procedures Experience leading and managing teams Ability to maintain positive working relationships with staff, parents, students, community, and school administration Bilingual preferred Experience: Two years experience working with youth programs preferred |
| Salary Range: | Starting at $48,800 |
