| Description/Notes: | JOB SUMMARY The Director of HR Communications is responsible for developing and executing strategic HR communication and marketing initiatives that enhance the HR and district brand, engage employees, and support HR programs. The Director of HR Communications has a strong background in both HR and communications, with a passion for creating impactful messaging that resonates with internal and external audiences. This individual must have a deep understanding of K-12 school district operations, school district employment, and school district budgets, and be able to leverage that understanding/knowledge base to promote and sustain all recruitment and retention initiatives and efforts. |
| Qualifications: | EDUCATION Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, human resources, or related field. WORK EXPERIENCE Minimum of 7 years of communications, media, and marketing experience in a leadership role, preferably within the public education or corporate sector. |
| Salary Range: | $130,000 - $155,000 |
