As the Head Football Coach at Leakey ISD, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our football program and instilling essential life skills in our student-athletes. We are looking for a coach who not only possesses a strong knowledge of the game but also prioritizes character development, sportsmanship, and leadership. |
| Qualifications: | Previous coaching experience at the high school level, preferably in football. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire student-athletes. Commitment to fostering a positive team culture and promoting character development. Knowledge of football strategies, techniques, and safety protocols. Dedication to the academic success and overall well-being of student-athletes. |
| Salary Range: | Base Salary: The base salary for the Head Football Coach position at Leakey ISD is based on the LISD pay scale. Stipends: In addition to the base salary, the following stipends are available: Athletic Stipend to include 10 extra days Head Coach Stipend Additional Stipends are available depending on other areas you will coach |
