| Description/Notes: | Qualifications/Responsibilities • This position encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, including but not limited to grant writing, fundraising, event planning, ongoing family and staff communication, public relations, and student enrollment/retention. • Be a positive role model for students; support mission of the Catholic Church, Shiner Catholic School, and the Diocese of Victoria • Extremely strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills required • Detail oriented focus required • Being a self-starter required • Establish and maintain a professional relationship and open communication with parents, students, colleagues, and school administrators • Participate in staff development activities • Attend and participate in faculty meetings and serve on staff committees as required • Perform other school duties as assigned by the school administration |
