| Description/Notes: | Provide leadership in developing and implementing the district's bilingual, dual language, and ESL programs. Collaborate with district staff and outside personnel to ensure educational opportunities for bilingual students. Provide staff development for teachers of English Learners. Evaluate bilingual/ESL program implementation and monitor effective instructional strategies based on best practices. |
