| Description/Notes: | The Middle School Principal is responsible for the staffing, budgeting, curriculum, discipline, and day-to-day operations of the campus. |
| Qualifications: | The Middle School Principal should have a Masters Degree with a Principal or Mid-Management Certification. He/she should be trained in T-TESS and our District prefers all administrators have a bus driver license. |
| Salary Range: | Commensurate with experience. |
| Benefits: | Anson ISD pays the minimum $225 on insurance, plus a 3% of your annual salary 13th check in December. The District also pays $150/day for unused local and state days with 10 years consecutive experience upon retirement. The District pays for a $10,000 life insurance policy on all employees. |
