| Qualifications: | QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum Education/Certification: • Master’s degree in Counseling, preferred • Valid Texas counseling certificate, preferred • Valid Texas Teacher certification Special Knowledge/Skills: • Knowledge of career development • Excellent organizational, communications, and interpersonal skills • Ability to instruct students and manage their behavior • Ability to present information in one-on-one, small group, and large group situations to students, parents, and district staff Minimum Experience: Three years teaching experience Secondary Counselor experience, preferred |
