Provide expertise and direction in the development, deployment, and use of information technology in the district. Knowledge of computer network, hardware, and software applications. Knowledge of computer applications development and implementation. Ability to coordinate district function; implement policy and procedure. Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. |
| Qualifications: | Bachelor's Degree or Higher in Computer Engineering or closely related field; Knowledge of database management software applications development tools; Ability to develop and maintain systems documentation and user manuals; Knowledge of LAN and WAN network design and installation; Ability to work with multiple operating systems and network protocols; Knowledge of HTML, JAVA, Java Script, Active X or other web-based technologies; Knowledge of cyber security procedures and prevention; Ability to detect, analyze, and solve complex technical problems; Ability to install, maintain and repair district technology; Ability to interpret data and implement policy and procedure. Three years related network technology experience. |
