| Description/Notes: | Oversee the efficient daily operations of the grounds, warehouse, and maintenance work groups. Oversee maintenance of all district-owned facilities, buildings, and related renovation, repair and replacement projects of various systems and building components. Analyze complex data related to labor costs, maintenance expenditures, bid specifications, cost estimates, school audits and collaboration with various stakeholders. |
| Qualifications: | Education/Certification - Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Engineering, Architecture, or Business related field from an accredited University. - Preferred Master Tradesman license in Electrical, Plumbing, Mechanical and/or Construction field experience. - Clear and valid Texas driver’s license |
