Responsibilities include: Develop and implement appropriate lesson plans/ accommodations Work with other staff member to plan appropriate instructional materials and learning strategies Assess student learning styles and needs of students Work with other member of staff to develop appropriate instructional goals, objectives and methods. Establish and maintain a professional relationship and open communication with parents, students, collegues and community members.
