| Qualifications: | Minimum Education/Certification: Bachelor’s degree from accredited university Master’s degree in education preferred Valid Texas teaching certificate Special Knowledge/Skills: Must have a documented tract record of consistent and significant gains in student academic achievement with low performing subgroups for each of the past two years Must be able to plan and deliver individualized remediation in reading and mathematics Knowledge of subjects assigned General knowledge of curriculum and instruction Ability to instruct students and manage their behavior Spanish speaking preferred Minimum Experience: Minimum three years of elementary teaching experience |
