The translator will translate between parents and charter school personnel for the purpose of evaluating a child for special education and/or for developing the Individualized Education Plan or Admission Review and Dismissal Meeting.

Major Responsibilities/Duties/Critical Tasks
Will translate between school and parents.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications: Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Fluent English and fluent Vietnamese speaker.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Ability to understand some technical terminology related to cognitive function and academic achievement.
Effective communication skills.
Ability to accurately present information across languages.
Honest and high integrity while translating.
Salary Range: Salary
$75.00 hourly

Hours per Week
Part-Time, As Needed
