Description/Notes:	Primary Purpose: Direct and manage instructional program and supervise all operations and personnel of The LIFT Center. Responsible for administrative oversight, instructional and functional scheduling, CTE advancement, community and stakeholder outreach, and coordination between campuses. Provide leadership to ensure high standards of instructional service. Oversee compliance with district policies, success of instructional programs, and operation of all campus activities.
Qualifications:	Qualifications: Education/Certification: Masters degree in educational administration Texas principal or other appropriate Texas certificate Certified T-TESS appraiser Special Knowledge/Skills: Ability to create and coordinate complex scheduling Ability to work effectively with administrators from other district campuses Ability to communicate and coordinate with community, business, and post-secondary leaders Working knowledge of curriculum and instruction Ability to evaluate instructional program and teaching effectiveness Ability to manage budget and personnel Ability to coordinate campus functions Ability to implement policy and procedures Ability to interpret data Strong organizational, communication, public relations, and interpersonal skills Experience: Three years experience as a classroom teacher Three years experience in instructional leadership roles
Salary Range:	$85,234 minimum $101,469 midpoint $117,705 maximum
