Description/Notes: Primary Purpose:
Responsible for the design and implementation of Region 10 Coaching Framework and serve as a liaison to educational leaders in order to help multiple Region 10 service areas provide support to ISDs and charter schools.

Responsibilities:
Demonstrate effective coaching, mentoring, problem-solving and conferencing skills
Coordinate collaborative access to services to ensure personalized support that is based on the goals and identified needs of the individualized client
Responsible for quality control and evaluation of all coaching-related materials
Responsible for establishing and maintaining an effective coaching relationship with clients in collaboration with multiple service areas across the Center
Display a knowledge and implementation of change management
Remain current in research related to adult learners in order to meet their needs
Conduct field visits to districts/charters to gather information about districts’/charters’ needs, support schools’ leaders in a hands-on method, learn about districts’/charters’ programs and priorities, and communicate those to appropriate ESC personnel
Communicate ESC programs and services to districts/charters
Analyze and identify potential areas of service improvement and maintain an environment for growth
Collaborate with team members in the revision and presentation of the ESC services
Cultivate rapport and trust by serving as a key contact for districts/ charters in all areas of coaching.
Present ESC program and service offerings to district and school leaders
Monitor, assess, and provide recommendation for improving professional development offerings
Demonstrate the ability to provide actionable feedback to individuals and teams effectively
Maintain personal professional development by attending workshops, conferences, and seminars as assigned or approved by the Deputy Executive Director and developing knowledge and application of current trends
Exhibit initiative in identifying problems and suggesting solutions in a positive manner
Exhibit good judgment and decision making
Deliver services directly to clients when appropriate
Demonstrate knowledge of and ability to assist administrators and teachers in serving students with diverse needs
Qualifications: Education/Certifications:
Master’s degree required
Texas Mid-management/Principal Certification required
Superintendent Certification preferred

Experience:
Texas public school administrative experience at the campus or central office leadership level required
Experience in curriculum and instruction preferred
Salary Range: $82,960-$106,811 (Estimate based on experience and skill set.)
Benefits: 36-hour work weeks, up to 21 holidays, 10 earned personal leave days, 15 earned vacation days and $397.20/month as an employer contribution to assist with health insurance
