Description/Notes: Oversee and manage employee benefit programs, including facilitation of new employee benefit meetings and annual enrollment, working with district third party administrator. Maintain employee benefit records. Coordinate with payroll department to reconcile data. Manage HR website and various HR software programs including Skyward employee management system and FastTrack applicant tracking system. Maintain professional and effective communication with employees, campuses, central administration, and the community ensuring an orderly and friendly atmosphere in the human resources office.
Qualifications: Education
High School Diploma or GED
Some college preferred

Special Knowledge/Skills
Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Professional, effective oral and written communication skills
Ability to manage and coordinate diverse functions through department/campus administrators
Knowledge in the areas of insurance programs, COBRA, cafeteria plans, and 403(b) programs
Knowledge of federal, state, and local school accounting/payroll procedures
Proficient with computers and software packages: Skyward, Microsoft Word, and Excel

Experience
Three or more years of experience in Human Resource, payroll, and/or insurance management
Salary Range: Para Pay Grade 7
$14.00-$17.13/hour
228 Days
Benefits: District provides $10,000 life insurance policy; $241 towards health insurance and TRS Retirement
